Pretreatment system for energy utilization of papermaking waste residue
In recent years, most paper companies have mainly used recycled fibers (waste paper), and the process of reusing waste paper is accompanied by the generation of a large amount of paper waste residue. The main components of the waste residue discharged during the process of obtaining recycled fibers are impurities mixed with waste paper, such as packing nails, packaging film, rubber particles, glass, plastic, cloth strips, steel wires, etc. in the packaging box. It is commonly known in the industry as light residue, heavy residue, and twisted rope.
The composition of papermaking waste residue is complex, and the waste plastics cannot be degraded, which seriously affects the ecological environment when directly piled up. At present, there are difficulties in sorting and removing impurities from papermaking waste residue, low degree of resource utilization, and extensive terminal processing, resulting in resource waste and certain environmental risks and safety hazards. With the tightening of environmental policies, the demand for clean production in the paper industry, and the upgrading of solid waste disposal technology, the energy utilization of paper waste residue is the trend. The combustible components in papermaking waste account for more than 80%, with a moisture content of 50% -60%. Through pre-treatment systems such as grabbing or chain plate feeding, multi-stage crushing, magnetic separation recovery, density screening, eddy current separation, and transportation, the metal and inert non combustible materials are effectively separated to obtain uniformly sized combustible materials, which is very beneficial for stable combustion of boilers and can reduce secondary pollution. High calorific value SRF/RDF solid alternative fuels with a moisture content of less than 25% can also be obtained through deep processing according to different application scenarios of the backend.

Paper waste treatment includes equipment:
